Hello Parents and Campers,
SMART (Summer Music and Arts Camp) celebrates it’s 26th year and we have some new and exciting camps as well as some old favorites and not just in SMART, but the excitement spreads to the rest of our lineup as well. We have something for all ages and interests.
We are so happy to welcome the Design It, Build It, Launch It Engineering camp back for it’s fourth year. Trebuchets, Rockets, gliders and the egg drop challenge are just a few of the concepts that our budding engineers will be exploring.
Building on the STEM Program, we have some one-week camps to offer that focus on Biomedical, Environmental and Agricultural topics. There are a number of challenges to be solved there.
Also new to the lineup….Learn to Speak Spanish with Señora Grenier, who teaches Spanish to our Kindergartners and First Graders during the year. Your children will discover a wealth of activities as they learn new vocabulary, dance and sing and be on their way to absorbing a whole new language and culture.
Knitting is back! Popular with adults and kids alike, your children can learn to knit in a friendly atmosphere. Is there a scarf in your future?
Learn to play chess or hone your skills with our Chess Camps for Beginner and Tournament Play returning for their second year.
Circling back to SMART, Drumming, Cooking and Animals in Art Through the Ages are just some of our new offerings. Clay gets a makeover, and Icky Sticky Chemistry and Fashion Design are returning along with other favorites.
Come join the party! Let’s make some ART!! We hope to see you there!
