Daily Announcements

March 18, 2010 - Day 2

Parent / Teacher conferences will be held on Tuesday, March 23rd and Wednesday March 24th in the afternoon only, please contact your teacher if you have any questions. These days will be early dismissal for students at 11:52am. No lunch will be served on early dismissal days.

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS! Parents, there are only two drop off points in the morning: The Horseshoe and The Cafeteria entrance in the back of the school. Parents should NOT drop off students mid way near the E-wing - a sign is posted there directing cars to the cafeteria. Also, some parents are dropping off students on Queen Street. That is NOT allowed and is extremely dangerous.

TO ALL PARENTS: If you need to call your child out absent please call our Attendance line at 270-6145. Please leave a detailed message with your childs first and last name, Cluster and Grade, and the reason why the student will be absent. Thank you.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS:If you arrive late for homeroom you must go to the C Wing Office for a pass. This procedure is for every day,even if your bus arrives late due to weather conditions.Thank you.

TO ALL STUDENTS: Have you brought in an item for your cluster's collection box for the Newtown Dog Pound? If everyone brought just on item, we would be able to give so much to our homeless animals. Please bring in one food or cleaning item this week to your homeroom.

ATTENTION ALL 7TH & 8TH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYERS: There will be an end of the season pizza party on next Friday, March 26, from 2:00-2:45pm. Please let Coach D know if you will be attending by next Wednesday so he can get a head count to know how much pizza and drink to order.
