As we get ready for Spring Sports, a few reminders

Required Sports Physical Examination & Spring Season Eligibility

Attention Athletes:

  • You must be registered on Family ID in order to participate.
  • You also must have a current physical date in Family ID by Thursday November 20th to be eligible for tryouts.
  • The physical must be documented on the blue health form: https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/sde/school nursing/forms/health_assessment_record.pdf  and is good for thirteen months from the date on the form.  These forms can be found in the nurse's office, athletic director's office or Main Office.
  • Pay To Participate Fee: All winter sports are $205. There is a family cap of $500 and will be due during registration
